If you contact us via our website, we store the personal information you provide within our Microsoft 365 environment. This information will be reviewed yearly and if you are no longer engaging with us, we will remove your details from our system.

You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
